Sadly, no. It is your responsibility to be home when we deliver your Kiwi Fresh Box. You’ll receive a text once your Kiwi Fresh has been delivered, so you can make arrangements to pop it inside.
Our WoolCool insulator is specifically designed for direct delivery of chilled and frozen foods such as meat, fish, cheese, fresh fruit and veg. It has been trialed and tested to keep produce within cool temperature ranges to ensure our deliveries always arrive in top condition for our Foodies.
Our drivers will also always try to ensure that they leave your Kiwi Fresh delivery in a secure location away from the elements to keep it safe. Please note, we take no responsibility for your Kiwi Fresh after it has been delivered.
